The following positions are currently open:
CMM OPERATOR / PROGRAMMER
- Experience with PCDMIS OR CALYPSO.
- Strong GD&T knowledge a must.
- Ability to work either 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT.
- Minimum of 2 years on CMM and 4 years min in quality in a CNC machining environment.
- Experience with gauging (height, bore gauge, air gauge ETC).
- 1st shift opening for our Wheeling location.
RECEIVING INSPECTOR/SUPPLIER QUALITY
- Experience working in quality in a CNC machining environment.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T.
- Experience with gauging (height, bore gauge, air gauge ETC).
- Understanding of outside processing (HEAT TREAT, ANODIZE, PLATING. PAINT ETC) is preferable.
MAINTENANCE
- Ideal candidate will have a experience working with CNC equipment including install, leveling, troubleshooting.
- Strong electrical background preferred.
- PLC exp a plus.
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Facility maintenance exp a plus.
CNC OPERATOR (WEEKEND SHIFT 4TH AND 5TH)
- Must be willing to work a weekend shift including Saturday and Sunday Day or evening shift .
- Previous CNC machining exp is a must.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T.
- Experience with gauging (height, bore gauge, air gauge ETC).
